The 16-hour Wilderness First Aid course is designed to prepare you to respond to medical emergencies, treat injuries and illnesses, and improvise solutions with the items you carry.This course will consist of patient assessment, how to provide long-term care with limited resources, the decision of when to call for more help, and treatments such as splinting, wound care and managing spine injuries.
